How It Works

Customer

  • 1).Registration

    If you are eligible for Meals under your HCP / NDIS package, please register online or request your provider to register you on our platform

  • 2).Details Confirmation

    We will confirm your registration with your provider and ensure that your profile, address, Out of Pocket costs, Spending limits (if any) etc. is accurate. This may take up to 48 hours.

  • 3).Log in Details

    Once we have confirmed your and your provider’s details, you will receive your username and password to log in to HCPMeals website. For the first time user, our system will prompt you to change your password to reset it to your preferred password.

  • 4).Orders

    Now you have access to all approved meal providers / vendors within your local community. You can order meals through any meal provider / vendor and enjoy the variety of menus, special offers and much more.

  • 5).Out Of Pocket costs

    HCP Meals platform will automatically manage your eligible out of pocket costs vs HCP Meals costs. You will be able to pay your share of (out of pocket) costs securely at the checkout via credit card.

Vendor

  • 1).Registration

    If you are an approved Meal supplier for HCP / NDIS meals, please register on our website by pressing "Become A Vendor" button

  • 2).Set up your store

    One of our customer service representative will contact you to gather further information to set up your store on our platform including products, prices, delivery locations and any other information required

  • 3).Manage your store

    Once we set up your store on our platform, you will have complete access to your store that allows you to manage your orders, customers, delivery drivers, invoices and much more

  • 4).Billing & Invoices

    Our platform will provide access to track all payments and Out of pocket costs. Details of fees and payment terms are provided to you upon registration

  • 5).Ongoing Support

    A team of experts are available to assist you if you have any queries regarding HCPMeals platform or you need guidance to manage your store

Provider

  • 1).Registration

    Register your organisation on HCPMeals platform as a provider. Once we approve your registration, you will receive your credential to login to our platform

  • 2).Register your customers

    Once you have access to our platform, you can add and register all your current customers who are approved to receive meals under their HCP / NDIS package.

  • 3).Carers & Case Managers

    You can also provide access to your carers and case managers so they can order on behalf of customers if required

  • 4).Manage billing & Invoivices

    HCPMeals will automatically manage Out Of Pocket costs Vs HCP Meals cost and provide complete track of orders and invoices
